THE BAND

theAngelcy is a happy and moving, song driven, lyrical, natural and

mostly acoustic attempt of making contact.

 

It's a case of a songster creating a strong connection with (and via)

a band. It's an attempt to make contact with Israelis as well as with

the 'outer world', to communicate the themes and emotions of being a

young adult in a crazy country in a crazy world.

 

And it seems to appeal. Big venues and festival stages packed with

chanting fans, surprise radio hits taken straight out of an unreleased

demo, Youtube counters going through the roof and first few (still

small) successful moments abroad tell the story. This is already being

acknowledged by industry and media, both domestic and abroad.

 

The band is deep at work on their debut album, to be released this

coming spring.
